Tesla Industries manufactures portable, power conversion systems at its modern manufacturing facility located in New Castle, Delaware.

Design/Manufacturing

High-performance electronic systems demand high-performance components. Tesla directly manufactures most of what goes into its electronic systems – from circuit boards, to plugs, chords, and connectors. At Tesla, we continue to integrate new and more productive technologies into our manufacturing process.

We deploy state-of-the-art CNC (computer numerical control) equipment with pc-based control, as this allows remote access from design stations. We are committed to using high-tech manufacturing systems that guarantee our components are always manufactured to precision tolerances.

Our portable power systems are equipped with genuine Tesla power cells. Tesla power cells are dry cell batteries, specifically designed and custom-made to our unique specifications.

Assembly

At Tesla Industries, we hand-build and wire every system from the ground up. This requires a skilled labor force and rigid quality control systems.

Testing

We use sophisticated load testing and circuit analysis to ensure optimal performance on all our systems.

Repairs and Service

We provide warranty service on all our products; our products carry warranties ranging from 1-to-3 years. Tesla Industries maintains dedicated service and repair departments. All repair service receives a one-year guarantee on the work performed.
