The TI3100A Digital Volt Amp Meter was created to give you an accurate reading of voltage and current outputs. This unit can consistently give you amperage draws from 0-2,000 AMPS and all voltage output ranges. The left display shows the DC voltage output, while the right side of the unit allows you to change the range of current measurement.

The range will change from 200 AMPS to 2,000 AMPS with just a flip of the switch. The 200 amp setting will provide a more accurate reading by giving two decimal places, while the 2,000 amp setting allows you to read higher currents (such as starting and aircraft) with only one decimal place. It is recommended utilizing this piece of equipment to assure that the aircraft is demanding the correct amount of current for each avionics system.
